Covid 19 is no different, we have gone beyond masks and sanitization protocols to ensure safe access to relief threw cannabis in these uncertain times. Lets walk threw some of the new retail experience options here at the Releaf center.

We’ll start off with something familiar to many of our customers, shopping inside. At this time we are able to accommodate customers inside the facility, though things have changed a little bit. We do ask that you wear a mask when inside the facility. Once inside we take your body temperature with a no contact thermometer, scan your state ID, and you’re in! Easy peasy right? Our staff takes extra care to wipe down the lobby’s frequently touched surfaces, as well as keeping track of how many people are in the building to ensure reduced risk for everyone. Budtenders inside are limited, but service is not. Customer service is a priority here and the chance to ask questions and get personalized recommendations on the spot in our retail setting it’s definitely worth the wait!

Curbside! Curbside service has change the game for so many of our customers, its fast, easy, and its the relief you need hand delivered right to your vehicle! With curbside service you enter threw our driveway on Terminal Rd, cruise around the building where you will be greeted by our menu attendant who will also scan your ID and give you a paper copy of the product menu to look over before speaking with a budtender. An employee will greet you at your vehicle to begin your contactless order, if you have any questions comments or concerns now is the time to ask them. We’re here to help and our Budtenders are ready to help you find the right products for your needs. Pull forward in your lane once your order is complete, its being hand packed inside and one of our “runners” will have it out to you shortly. Each bag is double checked and stapled with the transaction receipt to ensure quality and consistency, and don’t forget to check for random cool deals inside!

Online ordering, is the latest protocol we’ve introduced, and its a hit! Recommended for customers who already know what they want we’ve introduced the option to order ahead with I Heart Jane. It’s an easy to use portal that allows you to order everything from product to accessories that accompany your purchases. When ordering online it is important to choose the correct menu, you will see links for both medical and recreational, be sure to choose the correct one.

With such an easy platform, here are a few tips and tricks to make your order ahead process even faster! Please use the name that is on your state ID, this will ensure we can properly link the order to you. Messages come right to the staff filling the order, any special requests can be put here for your convenience. Once your order is placed it will be filled by releaf staff in the order it was received, once your order is ready we send a notification text to the phone number provided. When you’ve received your text and you’re ready to pick up your order, just like with curbside you’ll follow around the rear of the building sticking to the leftmost lane marked “curbside pick up”. Here you will be greeted and scared into the system where we can link your order, pulling around a budtender will verify the order, collect payment and pull you forward to receive your order!
